Mission Statement
Our mission is to connect previously incarcerated individuals to jobs, housing, training, mental health, substance abuse treatment, and recovery programs upon their return to the community.
Vision Statement
The Reentry Network for Returning Citizens is a group of volunteers. Our primary focus is to establish relationships, help rebuild our community, reconnect with families and educate the public to improve the quality of life for reentrants.

Hello fellow citizens, yes I am related to James Leblanc. I’m his sister. We recently lost our mother to cancer. My company wanted to make a donation to a charity in our mother’s name.
